CLEVELAND, Ohio —  A Cleveland father is facing felony child endangering charges in connection to the death of his 3-year-old son.

Homicide detectives from Cleveland Division of Police have arrested the boy’s 26-year-old father after an investigation Friday night at a home on the 3000 block of Project Avenue.

According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office, the boy, Bryson Marshall, was found dead at 7:40pm when authorities arrived at the home.

Cleveland Police Sgt. Sammy Morris confirms to FOX 8 News, that the father may face additional charges, after the medical examiner determines a cause of death.

“I mean, my kids play with his kids, my daughter played with his son,” said neighbor, Erick Houston.  “Everyday I would see him with his son, getting him from daycare, taking care of his kids, and washing clothes– he was going to work, doing the same thing I do, he was no bad dude.”
