CLEVELAND, OHIO - A father of two was shot to death early Sunday morning inside the restroom at a downtown Cleveland martini lounge, and his killer is on the loose.

"Please if you know what happened to Antwon Shannon, please just say something. He meant everything to me, to us," his cousin, Jasmine Shannon , pleaded through tears.

Police said a fight broke out inside Tavo on Rockwell Avenue just after 2 a.m. Sunday.

They said after the fight was cleared out, someone went into the bathroom and found Shannon with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.

Antwon died at the hospital.

His killer got away.

Shannon was a father of a 4 year old boy and a 7 year old girl and was engaged to the mother, Jasmine Shannon said.

He worked to support his children and fiance as a driver for people with medical needs, she said.

"He was always the one who made everyone laugh. He always had jokes for everyone," Jasmine Shannon said.

"I just want to know who did this to him. They have no reason why they did this. They have no reason why," she said.

The owner of Tavo, Chris King, said he sends his condolences to the Shannon family.

“I'm very hurt. I'm devastated at what happened,” King said, adding that they are working with police to find Shannon’s  killer, and like the victim’s family, is pleading with anyone who knows what happened to call police.

"We are left here mourning over him and no one wants to speak up. Please, say something, please," Jasmine Shannon said.
