CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Charges are expected to be filed soon on a suspect arrested in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old employee of Mr. Hero.

The suspect was arrested Sunday evening. Police sources say the man may be a suspect in other robberies as well.

Meanwhile, family  and friends of Sunny Patel prepare to say goodbye to the teenager they say was a loving and kind boy, who also was a hard worker.

Patel's funeral is Monday.

About two dozens classmates from Mayfield say they never expected to have to say goodbye to their best friend.

Some family members wore Cavs colors because they say the Cavs were Sunny's favorite team.

Officers were called to the Mr. Hero on South Taylor Road around 8 p.m. Friday on reports of a robbery and shots fired inside the store. They arrived to find Patel with a gunshot wound to his head. He was taken to University Hospitals, where he later died of his injuries.

Police said the suspect entered the restaurant and shot Patel in the head before taking money from the register and running away.
