A 16-year-old named Anthony has acute lymphoblastic leukemia and family friends decided to create a Facebook group to make him smile while he’s in treatment.

Sometimes Anthony gets visits from therapy dogs while undergoing his chemotherapy at Pheonix Children’s Hospital, but sometimes he doesn’t.

Although it’s listed as an event on Facebook, it’s really just a way for anyone to share a photo of their dog and some well wishes for Anthony.

On January 2nd, he went back for treatment and will be in the hospital for a week. The group creators hope the 374,000 attendees and others sharing photos will brighten up Anthony’s time in treatment.
