The star of a popular reality television show says she doesn’t want her family to end up like others in the spotlight, so she created a trust fund, according to Yahoo! News.

The fund includes accounts for the star of the family’s show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson herself, and sisters Lauryn, Jessica, Anna and Kaitlyn.

The family makes approximately $15,000 to $20,000 per episode, most of which is divided up into accounts for the girls. Their mother says the money may only be used for education or medical purposes until the age of 21.

Mama June also says she never actually sees the money they make from their network, TLC. The money goes straight into the trust fund accounts.
