(CNN) — We’ve seen them dance, ice skate and even get fired by Donald Trump.
And now, thanks to Fox’s new reality competition show, “Stars in Danger: The High Dive,” we’ll see celebrities compete in a series of Olympic-style dives, the network said in a press release.
Set to premiere on Wednesday, January 9, “Stars in Danger: The High Dive” will feature a cast of eight actors, athletes and reality stars as they attempt to conquer solo high diving and synchronized diving from a variety of heights.
Diver Troy Dumais, who has represented the United States in four Olympic games since 2000, will be present to give viewers the inside scoop on each celebrity dive.
The contestants include: Jenni “JWOWW” Farley of “Jersey Shore”; Professional surfer Bethany Hamilton; “Baywatch” actress Alexandra Paul; Kim Richards of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”; Kyle Richards of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”; “Baywatch” actor David Chokachi; Former NFL player Terrell Owens; and “Melrose Place” actor Antonio Sabato Jr.
Diving seems to be a hot topic for reality TV at the moment. In October, ABC ordered its own celebrity diving show based on the international series “Celebrity Splash.” The show is set to premiere on Tuesday, March 19.
