I-76 eastbound in Akron back open after multi-car crash

AKRON, Ohio– A portion of Interstate 76 eastbound in Akron was shut down Tuesday afternoon because of a crash involving several vehicles.

It was closed between Wolf Ledges Parkway and I-77 for a couple hours. I-76 was reopened at about 2 p.m., according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

No one was injured in the crash.
