YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio— Donald Trump spoke at Youngstown State University Monday afternoon.

He appeared with his vice presidential candidate Mike Pence and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Trump talked about the nation’s security, criticizing President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s exit strategy in Iraq.

“I have long said we should have kept the oil in Iraq,” Trump said. “Keep the oil. Keep the oil. Don’t let somebody else get it.” He said he would have used the money to help our wounded veterans, instead, ISIS sold oil to fund their terrorist attacks.

Trump last appeared in the Mahoning Valley in March.

Trump’s opponent, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, appeared at in Youngstown last month.

Clinton will be back in Ohio this week too. She plans to campaign in Cleveland on Wednesday.
