National Football League protestors are taking a stand through a marketing campaign by CoverGirl.
The ads were intended for female football fans. Instead, one “Get Your Game Face On” ad was unofficially photoshopped to address the issue of domestic violence in the NFL.
According to The Huffington Post, the ads are meant to encourage female fans to makeup their faces with the colors of their favorite team on game day.
In one of the ads meant for Baltimore Ravens fans, the model wears purple eyeshadow, outlined with black and gold. But a disturbing, photoshopped picture has been making the rounds on Twitter, in light of the incident surrounding Ravens player Ray Rice.
