A crowd of people at the Greenwood Park Mall in Indiana made a mad dash for the Foot Locker store at 8:00 a.m. to get their hands on a new Nike shoe.
CNN reports that the crowd of what is described as 75 to 100 people, piled into the mall for a chance to get their hands on the new Nike Foamposite Galaxy shoe.
According to the Indianapolis Star, the crowd was unable to purchase the shoes, but they were able to buy several other Nike shoes that were being released on Friday.
On Thursday evening, according to the Orlando Sentinel, sheriff’s deputies had to break-up a near riot outside of the Florida Mall.
The crowd had gathered in anticipation of the Galaxy release.
