CLEVELAND– Crews are still putting out hot spots Tuesday night at a scrap-metal building on Miles Ave. and East 131st St. in Cleveland. Seventy firefighters fought the blaze and some will remain on scene overnight.

Fire officials tell FOX 8 one firefighter injured his shoulder and was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center.

Earlier in the evening, crews were working to save businesses on both sides of the building.

Photos sent to us from FOX 8 viewers showed heavy smoke, that could be seen from miles away.
