MANSFIELD - Michael Garn was indicted back in February for allegedly tampering with evidence and having sex with women he encountered while on patrol.
Now, one of the women and her husband are suing Garn and the police department.
According to Assistant Prosecutor Clifford Murphy, there are 14 different victims and to his knowledge, they're all willing to testify against Garn.
If convicted on all charges, Garn could face more than 35 years in prison.
