LORAIN COUNTY– The Lorain County Coroner’s Office released its findings Tuesday in the death of Cory Barron.

It determined Barron died of multiple blunt force impacts due to a fall down a trash chute into a dumpster.

Barron, 22, was last seen at the Jason Aldean concert at Progressive Field in July. His body was found days later in a landfill in New Russia Township.

The coroner’s office said alcohol was detected, but could not be accurately measured due to the state of the body; no other drugs were detected.

The manner of death has been ruled undetermined.

The coroner’s office said it’s unclear what caused Barron to be in the trash chute, but no sign of foul play was found.
