Congrats! Indians’ greats named finalists for baseball awards after amazing season

CLEVELAND, Ohio — After an amazing season, some Indians‘ greats have even more reason to celebrate.

Pitcher Corey Kluber was named an AL Cy Young Award finalist. Kluber won the Cy Young in 2014. The Indians said he went 18-9 w/a 3.14 ERA, then followed with a 4-1 Postseason record (1.83 ERA).

Terry Francona was named an AL Manager of the Year finalist.  According to the Indians, Terry owns a .545 mark (352-294) in four years as Tribe skipper.

And, Tyler Naquin was named an AL Rookie of the Year finalist.  He had 14 homers, hit .296 and slugged .514 this season.

As we all remember, the Indians made it to Game 7 of the World Series, but fell to the Chicago Cubs.
