CLEVELAND - Some Cleveland residents say their streets haven't been plowed enough after the last couple storms, so they've been stuck inside their homes.

"I don't know why they wouldn't plow these residential streets. I mean, we live here; we can't get up and down the street. It's frustrating for sure." said resident, John O'Boyle.

According to Mike Cox, Cleveland's Director of Public Works, the lack of plowing isn't due to a lack of staff or equipment.

Having to re-plow streets takes up time and prevents the plows from hitting about 20% of the streets during the last storm.

"We now have 61 pieces of equipment in our residential areas. We're not pulling out of residential areas until we hit every side street," said Cox.
