CLEVELAND (WJW) – Payne Avenue was closed from East 13th Street to East 18th Street Thursday morning after a semi-truck knocked down a power pole in the area.
A power pole was knocked down in the middle of the street around 4 a.m., along with wires, according to Fox 8 News crews at the scene.
Traffic signals and streetlights were out in the area.
