Kawaan Plato, 24, of Cleveland, was shot in the arm, Brandon Cleveland, 24, also of Cleveland, was shot in the shoulder. The third victim, Qounte Eggleton, 25, of Maple Heights suffered lacerations to the face from the broken windows. The car’s driver, London Upshaw, 20, of Maple Heights, wasn’t injured.

Officers went back to the area of the shooting, but weren’t able to find any broken glass or shell casings.
