CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 83-year-old man who is believed to be endangered.
Donald Morrison is 5’3″ and weighs 140 pounds. He also walks with a cane.
Police say he was last seen around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
Police are asking anyone who sees him to call 911.
