CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland police are working to keep people safe as people begin to dig out from a winter storm.

They report road conditions are still extrememly hazardous, due to continued snowfall and blowing snow.

Police ask citizens to travel only if absolutely necessary.

Be sure to slow down and give police, fire, EMS and all work crews plenty of room to work.

Cleveland and several other cities are under a parking ban until further notice.
