CLEVELAND, Ohio- Only today, Uber was delivering adorable puppies to offices all over Cleveland.

It's all part of a promotion for this Sunday's Puppy Bowl, plus it helps to raise adoption awareness.  Puppies from the Animal Protective League were entertaining people at offices all over Cleveland.

Cleveland's APL teamed up with Uber and Animal Planet to deliver puppies to people to play with for 15 minutes and it only cost $30.

"Who doesn't love an adorable puppy and we are just so grateful to Animal Planet and Uber for helping us raise awareness that these little guys are out here needing homes and that there are so many wonderful animals in humane societies that just need a family to love them,” said Sharon Harvey, CEO of the Cleveland APL.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the puppies were chauffeured around in SUVs until someone got on their Uber app and requested some puppy playtime.

"Much like our normal service the cars will be on the road. Every time you open the app and request usually a ride, in this case snuggle time, with the puppies and the closest car will be sent to you. And so it's kind of luck of the draw but if you are lucky you'll spend some time with the little guys," said Delon White, general manager of Uber Cleveland.

"It's great for the APL to have their dogs come out to different offices and people see the dogs and hopefully choose to adopt them or choose to support the split was a win-win for us," said Andrew Zelman of Cleveland Scene Magazine.

"It's great to have the new puppies over. I mean everybody here- we are a big puppy group- and we are hoping someone can adopt these two cause they need someone to love them as well," said Angela Lott of Lyndhurst.

These puppies are in high demand so if you want to adopt one, act quickly. You can call the Cleveland Animal Protective League at 216-771-4616.
