CLEVELAND, Ohio — Here we go, Cleveland.  Your defending champion Cavaliers scored a victory in their home opener tonight against the New York Knicks.

They won, 117-88.

But before taking to the court against the Knicks, the Cavs raised the NBA Championship banner to the rafters of The Q to commemorate the team’s historic achievement with the presentation of the 2016 Championship rings.

Check out our hometown hero, LeBron, showing off his ring!

Team owner Dan Gilbert tried to pump up fans before the game, along with showing support for the Tribe.

King James seemed humbled by the historic sports night in his hometown.

There she is.
