CLEVELAND, Ohio– The Cleveland Cavaliers home opener championship celebration is just a few days away– on Tuesday, Oct. 25– the same night as Game 1 of the World Series with the Cleveland Indians!
The Cavs want fans to know several important things: First, the start time of the game is now 7:30 p.m.
Fans are urged to arrive early and be in their seats by 6:45 p.m. Doors to The Q open at 5 p.m.
The pregame ring and banner ceremony will begin promptly at 7 p.m.

That’s when the Cavs will raise the NBA Championship banner to the rafters of The Q and commemorate the team’s historic achievement with the presentation of the 2016 Championship rings.
All fans who are at the game will get:

**Also, the Cavs said a silicone band courtesy of Nike will allow fans to virtually try on and snap photos as if they were donning the team’s Championship ring on their finger.

Hip-hop recording artist Flo Rida will entertain the crowd with a special halftime performance.
Across the street from The Q, there will be a FREE concert and Cavs watch party in the Huron (Stark) surface parking lot beginning at 3 p.m.
Wiz Khalifa will perform, along with the Cavalier Girls dance team, Scream Team hip-hop troupe, QStix drumline; there will also be appearances by Cavs mascot Sir C.C. and more.
With Game 1 of the World Series at Progressive Field also that night, fans are told to expect a lot of traffic. Parking will be limited in and around the Gateway District. It’s recommended you carpool, or use RTA, and arrive early.
