CLEVELAND – Moe Wahdan is 21 and loves sports.

Especially the Cavs who on Wednesday were down two games to none.

So when he saw a Tweet from the sister of Warrior’s Star Steph Curry about arriving in Cleveland he got upset.

He tweeted back, telling her where he thought she could go and admits he may have gone a bit too far insulting Steph Curry’s daughter Riley.

“I didn’t mean anything by that tweet. I was just trying to be funny, it was game day.” Moe told Fox 8.

But it wasn’t funny for Warriors fans who found that Moe worked for Holton-Wise Property Management in Parma.

And they lit up the companies account.

“People were like, hey Holton-Wise, how can you employ people who are acting like this? Somebody that’s disrespecting a child? And in using these profane terms in public. And then I started getting emails to my personal email account.” Holton-Wise owner James Wise said.

Wise says he began an investigation and found that Moe had sent the first the tweet.

He told Moe to delete it, but for hours after more emails and angry tweets kept coming in.

He says he had no choice but to let Moe go.

“As a business owner, I can’t afford to let have my name associated with that behavior. We can’t have that.” Wise said

Wise even sent an posted an apology on Twitter to Curry’s sister.

Moe says he understands what happened and why he was fired, but the public nature of the firing was upsetting.

“I have my own life outside of work, I have my own personality outside out of work. I don’t expect to be a real estate agent 24/7. I didn’t mean to offend anyone by those tweets, it was game day. I was just talking. People got offended, there’s nothing I can do about it, you know.” Moe said.

Moe said he has found other work since he was fired.
