CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Chicago Bulls came to Quicken Loans Arena on Wednesday night and dealt the Cavaliers their second straight loss on the current five-game home stand, 98-87.
DJ. Augustin out-pointed Kyrie Irving, 27 to 26 as Chicago beat their former teammate Luol Deng and his new club.
Deng suffered through a tough shooting night, hitting just 2 of 11 shots. He scored just 11 points. Dion Waiters helped the scoring for Cleveland with 15 points.
Taj Gibson helped the Bulls’ cause, with 26 points as the Chicago five was without Kirk Hinrich and Carlos Boozer.
The Cavs are back in action Friday night when they host the Milwaukee Bucks at the Q.
