GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — A Brecksville man was found not guilty on two counts of vehicular homicide for an accident in his pick-up truck that killed two bicyclists and injured three others.

Timothy Wolf was also found not guilty on one count of want disregard of public safety.

Police say two cyclists were killed when Wolf, 42, struck them while making a left turn in the Cleveland suburb of Brecksville on Sept. 17.

Three trailing cyclists then ran into the truck. Police say the cyclists were traveling at about 35 mph down a steep hill when the accident occurred.

Wolf told police that sun glare prevented him from seeing the cyclists.
