Police say two cyclists were killed when Wolf, 42, struck them while making a left turn in the Cleveland suburb of Brecksville on Sept. 17.
Three trailing cyclists then ran into the truck. Police say the cyclists were traveling at about 35 mph down a steep hill when the accident occurred.
Wolf told police that sun glare prevented him from seeing the cyclists.
