CLEVELAND- Two parents are facing child endangering charges after police say they overdosed on heroin at a city park leaving their 6-year-old son helpless.

A police report shows it happened Friday at Barkwill Park in Cleveland. Police arrested Jeremy and Crystal Jackson.

Police said they found the man on the ground, and the woman slumped over a bench. Their child was shaking and crying.

According to police, Crystal Jackson admitted to snorting heroin with her husband. Paramedics revived him with Narcan.

The suspects pleaded not guilty in court.

The child is now with a relative. As the case plays out, Judge Pinky Carr has ordered the parents to have no contact with the boy.
