Authorities, friends, and family have been searching for the 30-year-old since she was last seen over a week ago.

Last Thursday night, Eastlake police issued a ‘be on the lookout alert’  for Sharma; then the Cuyahoga Valley National Park requested the public’s assistance in finding her.

Shortly after, her car was found at the Boston Store Visitor Center in Peninsula, near the Ohio and Erie Canal.

The National Park Service said the investigation has not revealed anything that leads them to believe that park visitors are at any increased risk.

They are offering sincere condolences to Sharma’s family and friends. They are also thanking all those who took part in the search.
