CLEVELAND —  It’s been 50 years since a group of African-American boaters got tired of being turned away from marinas. In the years since, members of the InterCity Yacht Club have carved out their own piece of lakefront heaven.

Roosevelt Leftwich has their story as we continue to salute Cleveland’s black history.
