Arrow Shot Through Mentor Home

MENTOR, OH — Police are searching for the person who shot an arrow through a home Thursday evening.

Around 7:00 p.m., residents on Chase Drive reported that an arrow had been shot through the side of their home.

When officers arrived, they found a cross bow bolt/arrow through the side of the house, protruding almost one foot into the dining room.

No one was hurt.

Police say the area behind the home is wooded. Officers searched the area but did not find any suspects.

The arrow was a black carbon fiber Easton Headhunter brand bolt with orange fletchings.
