CANTON, Ohio — Police are searching for a disguised man who robbed a Canton credit union at gunpoint Tuesday.
According to the Jackson Township Police Department, it happened Tuesday at Buckeye State Credit Union, 4100 Munson St. N.W. around 2 p.m.
Police said a white male entered the credit union and demanded money while brandishing a gun. He fled in a small, black compact car toward Whipple Road.
The suspect is described as being between 5’3″ and 5’6″ tall and heavy-set. He was wearing a long, dark wig, a fake beard and glasses.
