5 children safe; Cleveland Heights police take mother into custody following Amber Alert

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – Cleveland Heights Police report the 5 children that triggered an Amber Alert Friday have been found safe.

Police said the children were taken by their non-custodial parents.

All 5 kids were turned over to the Cleveland Heights Police Department around 2 a.m., just 2 hours after the alert was issued.

Ebony Boxley, 30, was taken into custody, according to police.
