(WJW) – It has been 10 years since Northeast Ohio was hammered by Superstorm Sandy.

It was nicknamed “Frankenstorm” because of when it hit, around Halloween, and the freakish combination of unusual events that made Sandy, at the time, the second costliest storm in U.S. history.
