CANTON, Ohio -- When neighbors complained of an out-of-control party early Sunday morning, the Perry Township Police Department responded.
But once officers got there and saw the crowd of 200-250 people, they knew it was a two-department job and called Massillon police for backup.
According to Perry Township police, 62 people were arrested for charges that ranged from underage prohibitions, obstructing official business, to resisting arrest.
Seventeen juveniles were summoned and released to their parents.
The two people who hosted the party were also charged.
