Power restored after downed wire caused outage on Cleveland’s west side

CLEVELAND — A downed wire caused a temporary power outage for around 350 Cleveland Public Power customers on Cleveland’s west side Friday night.

According to CPP’s Facebook post, the downed wire was at Walton Avenue and Fulton Road.

Around 6 p.m. CPP said crews are on-scene responding.

As of 8 p.m. they said power had been restored to the area.

However, CPP said if you’re still experiencing outage issues to call (216) 644-3155 and report your outage.
