33 road signs, buildings vandalized in Madison Township

MADISON TOWNSHIP– Three juveniles were arrested after a spree of vandalism in Madison Township.

Police said about 33 road signs, buildings in parks and other structures were spray painted with graffiti. It happened between Sept. 17 and Sept. 28, and mostly in the north Madison area.

The damage is estimated at $1,200.

The Madison Township Police Department investigated the rash of vandalism and arrested three male juveniles. The case was sent to the Lake County Juvenile Court for charges.
