2 Teens Arrested in Double Shooting

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male have been arrested after two people were shot during a reported fight Saturday night on Cleveland’s East Side.

According to Cleveland police, it happened at about 8 p.m. in the 3200 block of East 132nd Street. They responded to reports of a large fight with a male shot.

A 16-year-old male was found with a gunshot to the thigh. A 35-year-old male was also found with a gunshot to the knee.

The two suspects were arrested at the scene.

The preliminary investigation reveals there was a large fight at the location and that the two arrested males had fired into the crowd, according to police.

The victims were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment, according to police.

The shooting is still under investigation.
