1 BOX MACARONI (ELBOW)/ COOK, DRAIN AND RINSE IN COLD WATER.
1 MEDIUM ONION (CHOP)
1 CUCUMBER (CHOP)
2 MEDIUM TOMATOES
1 MEDIUM GREEN PEPPER (CHOP)
DILL PICKLES (CHOP) / ABOUT 1/2 JAR
** MAKE SURE MACARONI IS COOLED.
1/2 JAR OF MAYO (HELLMANN’S)
Thin the mayo with milk and dill pickle juice until it’s runny (like dressing).
Combine macaroni and veggies. Season with salt, garlic salt and lots of pepper.
Pour dressing over macaroni and mix.
