CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) — Chef extraordinaire Zack Bruell shares his recipe for Roasted Street Corn with the Fox Recipe Box. Chef Bruell is one of Northeast Ohio’s most renowned chefs who is also recognized nationally for his culinary talents.

Roasted Street Corn
4 ears of fresh corn (peeled)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated pecorino cheese
1/8 cup Mexican Tajin spice mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Rub corn heavily with mayonnaise and refrigerate
Sprinkle with spice mix, salt, pepper and pecorino
Place in 375 degree oven until golden brown
Squeeze lime juice over and serve
