CLEVELAND, Ohio — Country Chef Lee Ann Miller says the beauty of this recipe is that ANYONE can make it — it’s that easy! Fox 8’s Kristi Capel learned how to layer this impressive looking dessert and Lee Ann revealed what the ‘secret’ ingredient is that gives this crowd-pleaser an extra boost of flavor.

Brownie Mocha Trifle
1 box brownie mix
2 small boxes (3.4oz each) instant vanilla pudding
¼- 1/3 cup instant coffee granules, heaping
2 cups milk
1 (16oz.) whipped topping, divided
Bake brownie mix in a 13”x 9” baking dish as directed. Cool and cut into 1” squares. Heat 1 cup of the milk and add and dissolve the coffee granules. Add to 2nd cup of milk. Mix together milk/coffee mixture and pudding. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Layer brownies, pudding and whipped topping and repeat. Serves 12.
