Fresh Fork Market, a local subscription food service, also offers monthly cooking classes. This Monday February 25th at 6:30pm local chef Brandt Evans teaches a class on creative and healthy sauces at his downtown restaurant Pura Vida. Brandt  stopped by our studio this morning to show Fox 8’s Kristi Capel how to make Carrot Cardamom Sauce. Trevor Clatterbuck, from Fresh Fork Market, explains how the food service works.
