Leave it to an app to tell us when we’re most happy.
The ‘Mappiness’ app sends random alerts to users, asking them how happy and relaxed they are feeling and whom they are with at the moment.
Over time, 50,000 users logged 3 million responses.
According to the Daily Mail, The data suggests a person’s mood improves more than 8 percent when they’re with their friends, but it was significantly lower when they were with family.
Moods only increased to 5.9 percent with partners and 1.4 percent with children.
