When women dress up, they’re doing it to impress their friends, not the opposite sex, a survey found.
That’s according to half of the British women polled, the Daily Mail reported.
Nearly two thirds of women said a compliment from another woman was more meaningful than a compliment from a man they didn’t know.
The participants said other women often comment on makeup, shoes and hair.
They also admitted to some rivalry, too, and some refuse to compliment other women because they are jealous.
