Survey: Replacing Thank You Notes?

It seems showing one’s appreciation has evolved much like everything else in this digital age.

According to a Cricket Wireless survey, 85 percent of people believe electronic messaging has replaced traditional pen and paper when it comes to thank you notes.

The company did the study to learn about consumer habits as they relate to the holidays.

It also found 42 percent of Americans planned to spend more than 11 hours on the phone during the holiday.
