In most airports, a driver’s license is an acceptable form of identification.

But if you’re flying out of an Oklahoma airport, you’ll need a passport, even if you’re not leaving the country.

According to WPMT, passports will be necessary since the state never signed on to the Real ID Act, which is supposed to make it harder for potential terrorists to get a fake ID.

The new rule will reportedly begin in the new year.
