A regular bedtime may be beneficial for your child even years down the road.

According to the Wall Street Journal, a study done at University College London found 3-year-olds with a regular bedtime did better on cognitive tests when they were 7 than kids whose bedtime wasn’t consistent.

The time kids went to bed didn’t impact performance, as long as the bedtime was always the same.
