New data says that more and more employers are allowing their workers to ‘dress casual’ at least once a week.
The New York post reports that the Society for Human Resources Management 2015 Employees Benefits Survey says about 62 percent of organizations allow casual dress once a week while 36 percent allow it every day.
In 2014, those numbers were 56 percent and 19 percent.
Some interviewed by the New York Post said that being comfortable increases a person’s productivity level. It can also increase camaraderie.
