HOLLYWOOD, Ca. — A popular amusement park will start using demand pricing ahead of opening its latest attraction.
The LA Times reports that Universal Studios Hollywood will offer variable pricing for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which opens in April.
The system works like airline tickets. The higher the demand, the more you pay for tickets. Park organizers say the new pricing will help visitors plan their visit in advance, which will help the operations staff.
Harry Potter World will feature two new rides, along with restaurants and shops in the theme of the books and films.
