Most parents enjoy a night out together, but one couple says they enjoy a child-free weekend every weekend.

Model Rachel Finch was featured on the Australian version of ‘Dancing with the Stars” and took third place in Miss Universe in 2009.

She and her husband say they have a 2-year-old daughter but spend every weekend away from her.

Daily Telegraph reports that Finch said in an interview with “Sunday Style” that every weekend, they send their daughter to her grandparent’s house, and the couple gets the weekend to themselves.

She said it helps her re-energize, and it’s helpful for their relationship.

“Every weekend she goes to Mish’s mum’s house, and we get our weekend to ourselves. I think that’s incredibly healthy for the relationship. And on Sunday, when we pick her up, we have 100 per cent energy back,” Finch said in the interview.
