LAKEWOOD, Ohio (WJW) — The 15th Annual Lakewood High School Cardboard Regatta puts physics students to the test to design a cardboard boat that can stay afloat and sail across the school pool. Fox 8’s Kenny Crumpton looks forward to this event every year and this year Stefani Schaefer decided to pick up a paddle and give it a try!
