CLEVELAND, Ohio — When you visit the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, at most animal exhibits, feeding the animals is prohibited.

But at the new Ben Gogolick Giraffe Encounter, it’s encouraged.

The area features a new, larger deck that will enhance the experience for visitors.

Feeding hours have been expanded, too. Guests can feed the giraffes from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day through Labor Day.
